It turned out that members of the second group have shown themselves although in different ways, but still
better in tests. Furthermore it became clear that the members of the second group was higher
sleep efficiency - they fell asleep faster, andmoretime out of the allotted

It was also revealed that during the period of sleep deprivation dramatically decreased hormone
Leptin, which is accompanied by improved appetite and potentially threatened
weight gain.
