past decade recommendation of legal acts aimed at harmonizing
national legislation in the social and humanitarian spheres, health
remains the most unbalanced of them noted in the committee.



According to experts, it is first necessary to eliminate the contradictions and
differences between the legislation of CIS member states, governing the turnover
medicines, medical devices, medical equipment, as well as tax
VAT on medicines. This, according to experts, will
contribute to greater security of people living in neighboring countries,
free movement of medical supplies.



According to experts of the Committee, requires speedy resolution of the issue of the
organization of medical aid to citizens in the state of temporary
stay through the conclusion at the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly
CIS member-states of a special agreement.
