In this regard, the participants of parliamentary hearings are going to recommend to the State Duma in
their legislative activities include a provision allowing the save
Russian Academy of Medical Sciences (RAMS) as the chief administrator
budgetary funds made available for the development of medical science.



Government of the Russian Federation, the Hearing intend to recommend to the Russian charge
Academy of Medical Sciences and the Russian Ministry of Health to propose
improving the current legislation in health and
medical science.



The hearing will also request the RAMS and Russian Ministry of Health to consider
establishing a system of Medical Sciences Research Institute
HIV and new infections.
