Dependence of the cross section of the pancreas from the body type

B. Alexander Lipatov (E-mail email) Kursk State Medical University, Department of Operative Surgery and Topographic Anatomy Pancreas (RV) is increasingly becoming the object of surgical intervention Yan knowledge of anatomical and topographical features of this body still does not provide full information required surgery [VS Saveliev, VA Kubyshkin, 1988; VI Filin et al. 1990; M. Danilov, VD Fedorov, 1995]. The aim of the study was to examine the type of RV anatomy and dependence of its cross-section of body type. Studies were conducted on 62 not modified human pancreat-duodenal organocomplexes. The studies made the following findings . Given the severity of the front edge of the pancreas, which in turn depended on the insertion mesocolon and severity parapankreaticheskoy fiber, we identified four types of cross-section: triangular, oval, triangular with preferential expansion at the top and an oval with a primary extension below. For dolihomorfnogo body type ismorecharacteristic of a triangular type with a preferential expansion below (71,4%), pure type and triangular type with an extension at the top less typical (14,3%), and an oval cross-section met in any case. For brachymorphic body typemore characteristic triangular cross section with the type of primary expansion top (57.1%). With this type of physique triangular and oval occurred less frequently (21,7% and 15,0%), and cross-section with a predominant extension at the top only in 2 cases (6.2%). When the mesomorphic type physique morecharacteristic types of cross-section of the pancreas are triangular, oval and triangular with preferential expansion of the bottom (37,5%, 18,8%, 31,3%). Oval same type aremorecommon where parapankreaticheskaya fiber wasmorepronounced. Thus the observed dependence of the cross-section of the pancreas from body type that must be considered when performing surgery on this organ, and in including the choice of access, as well as the most adequate method drainage. ⇒⇒⇒
