study.
The purpose of this study was to determine the impact factor of competence
expert surgeons, are respondents to the development assessment system
severity of adhesions of the abdominal cavity (SPBP).
Due to the fact that the adhesive process is complex, multifaceted
pathological phenomenon, an objective assessment of its intensity is difficult. Until
the present time there are no clear criteria for defining the severity of
adhesions in the abdominal cavity. Solution to the problem, in our view, it becomes
possible if the expression SPBP represented as numerical characteristics.
In the first stage on the basis of published data, we selected a number of factors
adhesions (the prevalence of the process, the deformation of bodies, some
types of adhesions).
In the second phase of the survey was carried out 30 professionals
(Surgeons) in order to clarify the significance of each factor. For this
experts were invited to build in a logical sequence, according to
descending order of importance in the formation of adhesions in three groups of factors. For
processing of the questionnaires used methods of ranking, the total pairwise comparison and
factor analysis. Questionnaires were processed taking into account the factor of competence (CC)
Experts and without his account. When calculating the spacecraft are taken into account the experience
surgeon (0-4 points), qualification category (0-3) and degree (0-2)
and expert could be estimated from 1 to 9 points.
Based on the results of the calculations were determined coefficients of importance for
different qualities of intraperitoneal adhesions.
Mathematical and statistical processing of experimental results showed that between
expert opinion there is a nonrandom consistency (coefficient
konkordantsii = 0.763). Statistically significant difference between the results
calculation of the importance of taking into account the spacecraft, and without taking it into account we have not discovered.
Thus, when conducting research with experts in some
cases, may lack the influence of QA experts on research results. Topics
at least not exclude the situation when the spacecraft can have a significant impact on
results. In this regard, despite the results, accounting
the competence of experts continue to consider expedient.
